When leading at home feels harder than leading at work, you're not alone.
You’re Leading Powerfully at Work but Connection at Home
Feels Out of Reach
It’s time to build a marriage and family life that feels strong, peaceful, and deeply connected.
You don’t have to walk this road without support.
Feeling disconnected at home doesn't mean you're failing.
It means you're ready for something better.

On the outside- You have it All Together.
On the inside- You're Struggling.
You're Not Alone!
If home life feels emotionally draining, tense, or filled with unresolved conflict despite your professional success, you're not alone.
Many leaders find that skills driving their careers don’t naturally translate into family harmony, especially in remarriages and blended families.

− You’re successful professionally, but creating the connection you want at home feels harder than it should.

− Blended family dynamics add new complexities and emotional strain.

− Persistent disconnection & conflict drain your energy, hope, and peace.
You’re facing challenges that require new skills, not more effort.

Ready to start feeling hope again? Let's work it out together.
When Home Life Feels Harder Than It Should
Second marriages and blended families bring real challenges that we're not taught how to navigate.

If parts of your home life feel heavy, disconnected, or chaotic, you're not alone.
And you don’t have to stay stuck.
I help couples navigate these challenges with practical, compassionate strategies designed for the realities of second marriages and blended families.

Here are some of the most common struggles we work through together:

Conflict & Arguing
Frequent tension, misunderstandings, or feeling stuck in unproductive cycles.

Parenting Differences
Disagreements about discipline, expectations, or values that strain your unity as a couple.

Different desire levels, emotional disconnection, or uncertainty about rebuilding closeness.

Navigating relationships with kids while balancing loyalty, connection, and boundaries.

Past Baggage
Old hurts from previous relationships resurfacing and getting in the way of trust and connection.
Recognizing these challenges is a powerful first step toward healing and change.

Roughly 60% of Second Marriages End in Divorce
Many couples walk into remarriage with hope — but find themselves overwhelmed by stress, miscommunication, and the emotional complexities of blending families.

But statistics aren't destiny.
With the right tools, support, and intentional leadership, your family story can be different.
Imagine A Home That Feels Like a Sanctuary, Not a Battlefield
When you lead your marriage and family with clarity, care, and emotional strength, meaningful change isn’t just possible — it’s within reach.
Here’s what you start experiencing:
Healing and reconnection take effort. But you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Understanding the Real Struggles Behind the Statistics
Second marriages and blended families face challenges that first marriages often don't:
No one teaches us the skills to Making Marriage Work
Our parents may have tried but they didn't know how & society misguides in every way when it comes to healthy relationships
Blending Families is a Complex & Intricate process
You are parenting children through HUGE CHANGES: new shared home, traditions, routines, & expectations —as newlyweds
Unsolved Internal Wounds from childhood & other relationships
We all, as humans, unknowingly react & behave with coping mechanisms that we once needed & that no longer help us
Second Marriage brings additional & Unique Challenges
Merging two unique homes, finances, & cultures; expectations, hurt, & unresolved issues from prior marriage, dealings with ex
Effective Step-Parenting requires different Skills & Emotional Mastery
Parenting as a step-parent is different; it takes time, skill, & tremendous effort to help each family member adjust and feel secure
Our own Unconscious Patterns drive most of our thoughts and actions
Many of these patterns help us & are necessary—but others block us from achieving what we really want in life
Facing these challenges doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
These real challenges require new tools and a new kind of leadership.

The Good News is...
Another way is possible.
One that leads to peace, connection, and lasting joy at home.
Lasting transformation is possible with the right tools, consistent effort, and compassionate support.
Strong marriages and peaceful families aren't built by trying harder or hoping things will somehow fix themselves.
They're built through intentional leadership — with practical skills tailored to your unique family dynamics.

Together, we focus on:

Whether you work with me or another trusted guide, lasting change requires learning and applying these skills with courage and intention.
Real Change Begins with Intentional Leadership

Why I Do This Work
Helping Remarried Families Build Marriages that Last
My journey into this work began from a deeply personal place — navigating remarriage, blending families, and learning how different leadership at home truly is.

Like the leaders and couples I work with today, I found that professional success didn’t automatically translate into peace, trust, and connection at home.

Trying harder wasn’t enough. It took deeper relational skills, emotional leadership, and the courage to break old patterns.

Today, I combine decades of professional insight, personal growth, and research-backed relationship training — including the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) — to help remarried couples build homes grounded in peace, trust, and real connection.

I believe second marriages deserve better support and that healing, unity, and lasting love are absolutely within reach.

Faith-Based Leadership Support Available (Optional)
If you desire, I offer Christ-centered guidance woven into our work together.
My journey to a thriving marriage and connected family is intricately tied to my faith. I believe that no matter our religious background, a successful marriage is possible—but when we combine faith with intentional action, our healing and progress can be amplified in powerful ways.

As a Christian, I understand the deep desire to create a marriage that honors God, fosters unity, and provides a strong, loving foundation for our children. Yet, even with faith, marriage is challenging. We face trials, disappointments, and moments of doubt.
The truth is, love alone isn’t enough to sustain a lifelong partnership—faith alone isn’t either.

That’s where we come in. We provide individual, couples, and group support for Christian parents and parents-to-be, as well as committed couples who desire to:
-
Build a Christ-centered marriage grounded in love, trust, & mutual respect
-
Strengthen their connection & navigate conflicts with grace & understanding
-
Create a home of peace & unity, where children feel secure & loved
-
Move past old wounds, fears, & unhealthy patterns that hinder intimacy
-
Learn biblical & research-backed relationship tools that align with their faith
